Silent Auction Online Fundraiser:

 

Our Grad 2025 Silent Auction was an incredible success, raising over $22,000 for Prom! A heartfelt thank you to all the community members and organizations who generously donated items and services. Your support and kindness are truly inspiring! A special shout out to Wendy Kearns for organizing this very successful event.

 

Prom Forms: 

Prom forms for both graduates and guests are in PDF's below. They are also available for pick up outside the office. Payments can be made by School Cash Online, by bringing cash or cheque made payable to HSS Grad or by e-transfer to [email protected] and include graduate's name. All forms must be dropped off in person to the office. No emailed copies will be accepted.  Forms are due on Aptil 11.

Please note: if you are bringing a guest who does not attend HSS, please confirm with Ms. Boisvert before you submit forms and payment for the guest. If you require financial support to attend prom, please complete and submit forms and speak with Ms. Boisvert.

Grad Hoodies:
The prom committee is offering a second and FINAL run of grad hoodies. The hoodie will have CLASS OF 2025 embroidered on the back with a small HSS embroidered on the front left chest both in an outlined font and comes in ten colours with size options from Small to 3XL. Check out the colour and sizing poster on the Grad Board in the MPR or on back of the order form. Orders for this run will only be accepted on paper (no School Cash Online) and forms are available outside the office. Cost is $50 (cash or cheque made out to HSS Grad and brought to the office or by etransfer to [email protected] and include grad’s name). The deadline to order is Monday, March 3, at noon. There will not be a third order so don’t miss out.
