Prom Forms & Fees
Prom tickets are now available for HSS Grads through SchoolCash Online. The cost is $140 for all HSS Grade 12 students. Tickets for CMA grads and all guests will be $200 and can be paid by cash or cheque to 'Howe Sound Secondary Grad' and dropped off at the HSS office or guests can e-transfer with the guest's first and last name to [email protected].
Forms can be found here, as well as in the Grad 2024 Google Classroom and paper copies are located outside the office. Forms for grads and guests must be completed and returned to the HSS office by May 15. Even if you are not planning to attend, please complete page 1 of the form.
Volunteers
Parents who want to volunteer at the event will receive a link to sign up for a slot shortly. Interested volunteers are invited to email [email protected].
A current criminal records check is required to volunteer. Go to: https://justice.gov.bc.ca/criminalrecordcheck and input Access Code: 2Q9PXWHYBQ. This will be sent directly to the school.
Schedule of Events
3:30 pm-5:30 pm Time to Shine at HSS
5:30 pm - 6:30 pm Security checks as participants board busses to be transported to the Cheakamus Centre.
6:30 pm – 7:30 pm Appies & mocktails
7:30 pm – 8:00 pm Dinner
8:00 pm – 11:00 pm Entertainment & late night snack at 10:00 pm
11:00 pm – 12:00 am Load busses and transport students back to HSS for pick-up
